Responsibilities
* analyze price, tooling cost and moq for allocation.
* price approval process.
* promote cost reduction activities with suppliers.
* follow up new parts for allocation.
* investigate new supplier for new material based on company policy.
* negotiate with supplier to achieve target price by parts.
* tooling arrangement according to development schedule.
* negotiate tooling cost.
* place tooling p.o. and process payment based on agreement between suppliers.
* part approval process with engineering.
* approval schedule for on time delivery for model ramp up.
* resolve invoice price variance based on finance report.
* audit supplier tooling inventory.
* improve daily operations.
* supplier sourcing.
qualifications
* degree in industrial engineering, international business, business administration or related.
* proficient in excell & ms office.
* good negotiation and communication skills.
* knowledge in mrp & oracle *
* 2 or more years of experience in maquila environment.
