role description
the supervisor de restaurante is an essential member of the food & beverage team, providing exceptional service and supporting the manager of the assigned outlet. In the manager’s absence, the supervisor oversees daily operations, ensuring that all staff meet four seasons standards. If required, the supervisor may also support other areas of food & beverage.
responsibilities
 * english fluency (advanced level).
 * 2+ years of experience in food & beverage.
 * education in hospitality, gastronomy, or restaurant management.
 * strong communication skills.
 * availability for shift work.
 * excellent attitude.
 * responsibility and commitment.
 * teamwork.
 * high attention to detail.
education
university degree in gastronomy, tourism, or related field.
experience
 * 1–3 years of experience in a similar role.
 * 1–3 years of experience in a luxury hospitality environment (plus, if possible).
skills
 * fluent in spanish and advanced english.
 * familiarity with the hotel’s quality and service standards.
 * highest level of integrity and transparency.
 * ethical approach to consequences.
 * strong interpersonal and relationship‑building skills.
 * reasonable problem‑solving, decision‑making, and conflict‑resolution skills.
