We're seeking a talented engineering program manager to join our team.
this individual will lead the planning and execution of project capacity expansions, ensuring seamless delivery and timely completion. The role involves working closely with various stakeholders to drive results, improve processes, and communicate effectively with senior leadership.
responsibilities:
* facilitate weekly alignment meetings and program updates
* partner with critical planning teams on project milestones (real estate, capacity, capital, design, startup, robotics)
* review material handling and storage proposals for acceptable milestone schedules
* update/maintain weekly network engineering project tracker, and support resource tracking
* drive/follow up on milestone level delays
* support build plan presentations
* input and coordinate with real estate construction, robotics, and material handling vendors on first access details
* initiate/facilitate major project kick-offs and support hand-off from planning teams to execution teams
* escalate milestone level project issues that are impacting project schedules
* report on engineering project updates to senior leadership, planning, and execution teams
* provide inputs and support on program/project management tools and processes
* miscellaneous support tasks (project data, reporting, whitepaper inputs, etc.)
basic qualifications:
* bachelor's degree in a relevant field
* 3+ years of experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
* 3+ years of program or project management experience
* knowledge of excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/if formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
* experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
* fluency in english, both spoken and written
preferred qualifications:
* 3+ years of driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership experience
* 3+ years of process improvement experience
* stakeholder management experience, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
* experience building processes, project management, and schedules
