You will support and strengthen labor relations through: managing internal investigations in line with company policies supporting and participating in union-related processes building strong relationships with operations leaders, employees, and senior management contributing to internal committees with insights aligned to labor regulations delivering training on labor practices and compliance supporting labor inspections and ensuring proper follow-up reviewing and managing internal labor agreements what are we looking for?
