Job description:generate and ensure the accomplishment of the shipments plan, exports and imports at the best rate/reliability ratio through the coordination of carriers and logistic suppliers and ensure that the international 3pls are showing correct inventories information upon finished goods in-bond and duty paid reception.s pirits industry *required.
*responsabilities:- schedule the pickup of finished goods with the carriers and distilleries.
- ensure the on-time arrival and correct documentation required from the carriers before loading at the distilleries.
- ensure all exports and imports documents are complete and correct.
- coordinate the pickup and delivery of materials from suppliers and 3pls, when required, to the distilleries.
- ensure that the finished goods delivered in the international warehouses are shown in their systems no later than 48 hours after the reception.
- ensure the international 3pl warehouses receive and download the containers no later than 24 hours after their arrival.
- ensure all in-bond and duty paid inventories are shown in real time at the international 3pl warehouses.
- support the monthly physical inventory counts at the distilleries and 3pl.
- maintain the shipments master planner (smp) up to date.
- track the distribution cost per case.
- report the monthly finished goods outbound from distilleries to the 3pls to the supply chain manager and operations director*requirements*:- ba or bsc in international trade and commerce- apics cscp or similar (desired)- at least 5 years in logistics management.
