job description
contáctica is seeking a people intern to join our people team.
this role is designed for students or recent graduates eager to gain hands-on experience in human resources and people operations while contributing to a fast-paced, innovation-driven organization.
as a people intern, you will collaborate with the people team in initiatives related to recruitment, onboarding, employee experience, training, culture, and hr analytics.
this position will allow you to learn directly from our people leaders, strengthen your organizational and interpersonal skills, and understand how hr creates impact within a multicultural, remote-first company.
key responsibilities
support recruitment processes: posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and helping with candidate follow-ups.
assist in onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth experiences for employees.
help in organizing employee engagement activities, internal communications, and cultural initiatives.
collaborate in tracking hr metrics and preparing basic reports (e.g., attendance, participation, surveys).
provide administrative support for hr documentation and compliance.
contribute ideas and energy to initiatives related to training, culture, and continuous improvement.
qualifications
currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, or related fields.
strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
excellent written and verbal communication skills.
interest in hr technology, people analytics, and cultural development.
ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural and mostly remote environment.
proficiency in microsoft office and/or google workspace (excel/sheets is a plus).
