we are seeking a proactive and results-driven bilingual sales executive to support our growing international team.this role focuses on lead management, outbound outreach, crm tracking, and supporting the sales pipeline in a fast-paced remote environment.the ideal candidate is persuasive, organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable using ai tools to improve outreach efficiency and follow-up processes.this position requires availability during pacific standard time (pst) business hours.key responsibilitiesrespond to inbound inquiries and qualify leads in both spanish and englishconduct outbound outreach via email, phone, and social mediafollow up consistently with prospects to move them through the pipelinecoordinate meetings and appointments for the sales teamassist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and follow-upssupport negotiation conversations when neededmaintain strong client relationships and professional communicationmanage and update crm systems (hubspot, pipedrive, salesforce, or similar)track lead activity, follow-ups, and deal stagesmaintain organized and accurate sales datagenerate simple pipeline reports when requiredconduct prospect research and identify new opportunitiessupport marketing efforts through targeted lead generationmaintain and update prospect databasesutilize ai tools (e.g., chatgpt, claude, or similar platforms) to draft outreach emails, follow-ups, and sales scriptssupport automation of repetitive tasks and follow-up sequencesidentify ways to improve response rates and sales workflow efficiencyrequirementsfluent in spanish and english (written and spoken)minimum english proficiency level: b2 (upper-intermediate) or higherat least 6 months of previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or lead generationfluent in ai tools usage — comfortable leveraging ai to enhance productivity, draft communications, and optimize sales workflowsavailability during pst business hoursstrong communication and negotiation skillsexperience using crm platforms (hubspot, pipedrive, salesforce, or similar)comfortable working independently in a remote settingstrong time management and organizational skillsprofessional and results-driven mindsettechnical skillscrm platforms (hubspot, pipedrive, salesforce, etc.)google workspace or microsoft officecommunication tools (zoom, slack)project/task management tools (trello, asana, clickup)ai tools for drafting and workflow optimization (chatgpt, claude, or similar)preferred qualificationsexperience working with u.s. or latin american clientsbackground in customer success or upselling strategiesexperience in remote sales environmentsfamiliarity with outbound prospecting strategieswork scheduleremote positionmust be available during pst business hoursfull-time or part-time depending on business needs#j-*-ljbffr
