Growth Marketing Senior at BairesDev
We are looking for a Growth Marketing Senior to join our team. This professional will be responsible for driving growth through data-driven experiments and technical implementation. Working as a part of a Growth Team, you will help innovate and improve the product or service at hand. You will deliver highly data-driven experiments to accelerate growth and improve metrics, while also technically implementing and experimenting with growth solutions.
What You Will Do:
- Implement and experiment with growth solutions related to user acquisition (SEO/PPC), conversion (A/B Testing/Onboarding), and product improvements.
- Build internal tooling to support the growth process.
- Conduct analytics and develop feature improvements.
- Collaborate with other teams to develop and implement growth strategies.
- Stay up to date with the latest growth methodologies and industry trends.
Here’s what we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience with front-end and back-end development.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with a detailed understanding of business KPIs.
- Good communication skills and the ability to write clearly about technical and product-related subjects.
- Experience with analytic software and methodology such as R and Python (libraries such as Pandas, Scikit-Learn, and SciPy), as well as data visualization experience (e.g., Tableau).
- Advanced English level.
