**Job Overview**: 
**Key Responsibilities**: 
- **Accounting Support**: 
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, process invoices, and handle expense reports. 
- Prepare financial reports, reconcile accounts, and ensure accurate financial data. 
- Process payroll, ensuring compliance with tax and labor laws. 
- Assist in financial forecasting and budgeting activities. 
- **Human Resources Support**: 
- Write, manage, and track employee job contracts, ensuring they are up to date and compliant with legal standards. 
- Assist with recruitment, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and handling background checks. 
- Maintain employee records, manage onboarding processes, and administer benefits. 
- Support HR policies and ensure compliance with labor regulations. 
- Address employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and HR policies. 
- **Translation & Communication**: 
- Translate documents and communications from English to Spanish and vice versa as needed. 
- Ensure accuracy and clarity in all translated materials, including contracts and official documents. 
- **Administrative Support**: 
- Manage office supplies, correspondence, and maintain filing systems. 
- Schedule meetings, coordinate travel arrangements, and manage calendars. 
- Provide general administrative support to management and various departments. 
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. 
**Qualifications**: 
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant with at least 5 years of experience in accounting and human resources. 
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and HR management systems. 
- Experience in drafting and managing employment contracts. 
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, with the ability to translate documents. 
- Knowledge of Mexican labor laws and payroll processes. 
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills. 
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). 
**Education and Experience**: 
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, human resources, or a related field preferred. 
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an administrative, accounting, or HR role.
