We are PXI Automotive Mexico, a company in the automotive metalworking sector.
Due to growth, we are looking for an **Account Manager** to perform the following activities:
- Efficient communication of customer demands to cross-functional and project teams.
- Maintain customer data updated in the system.
- Provide escalation support by enssuring by ensuring smooth operations according to contracts and customer expectations.
- Creation of schedule, agreements, sales, orders, and credit notes.
- Analysis, statistics and support to SCM to make a account recovery for FC and old stock.
- Ensure customer conception of stock and commitments.
- Weekly monitoring of accounts receivable and informed customers to arrange payment in advance.
- Maintain and manage or project contracts files.
- Negotiate impact and or operational optimization initiatives with customer to improve feasibility.
**Requirements**:
- Advanced English (C2 level)
- 3 years of experience in the Automotive Industry
- Project management tools and methods
- Contract Management
- Customer Relationship Management
