We are pxi automotive mexico, a company in the automotive metalworking sector.
Due to growth, we are looking for an *account manager* to perform the following activities:
- efficient communication of customer demands to cross-functional and project teams.
- maintain customer data updated in the system.
- provide escalation support by enssuring by ensuring smooth operations according to contracts and customer expectations.
- creation of schedule, agreements, sales, orders, and credit notes.
- analysis, statistics and support to scm to make a account recovery for fc and old stock.
- ensure customer conception of stock and commitments.
- weekly monitoring of accounts receivable and informed customers to arrange payment in advance.
- maintain and manage or project contracts files.
- negotiate impact and or operational optimization initiatives with customer to improve feasibility.
*requirements*:
- *advanced english* (c2 level)
- 2 -3 years of experience in the *automotive industry (must)*
- project management tools and methods
- contract management
- customer relationship management
