we are currently looking for a:
kam e-commerce
you will lead and manage sales strategies across ecommerce accounts, including retail partners and 3rd party direct marketplaces, developing strategies to achieve sales and margin objectives for the company. The responsibilities include monitoring the day-to-day activity on the site and its overall performance to achieve goals like improving user experience, increasing website traffic and sales, and developing brand loyalty.
what will your mission be?
* develop the on line channel in current and new customers such as amazon, mercado libre, best buy, liverpool, etc.
* achieve targeted sales (amount and quantity) and net profit on the ecommerce channel, negotiating prices, volumes and trade terms with customers.
* manage relationships with contacts within current and new customers, conducting face to-face meetings and presentations periodically to reach channel expansion and sales growth plans.
* deeply understand consumers and customers behavior, as well as their overall business dynamics, so to effectively develop the ecommerce channel within the company.
* plan and lead the necessary content generation, campaigns, and promotional plans, in coordination with internal teams, overseeing the correct and timely execution.
* monitor key customer indicators such as sales/margin results, accounts receivable, on-time delivery, competitors’ activities, and market prices, to identify action plans, process optimizations, and take necessary corrective measures to assure targets achievement.
* prepare and maintain sales forecasts for the ecommerce accounts, to secure the timely fulfillment of orders and healthy inventory levels for the company, proactively proposing special activities for slow moving items.
* be an advocate internally for our customers and ensure that we not only meet their slas, but deliver the best possible customer experience, creating positive working relationships across all levels of the organization.
* work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product development, logistics and other internal departments to ensure flawless execution of online content and enhancements, and help drive the ecommerce road map forward.
who are we looking for?
* bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, engineering, international trade, digital business, or related field.
* 4+ years of work experience (e-commerce experience must).
* proficiency in english is required.
* experience with amazon and mercado libre accounts.
* experience with cost-per-click, ads, impressions, and roas calculation.
* promotions and credit notes.
* forecast management.
* resilience to frustration.
* must be familiar with reporting and sales metrics (salesforce).
