This role will be responsible for driving growth across key accounts includingwalmart, sam's club, coppel, heb, la comer, chedraui, suburbia, c&a, as well as major wholesale partners. Key responsibilities 1. Commercial strategy & key accounts (modern channel & wholesale) own and drive the commercial strategy formodern trade and wholesale accounts. Develop and execute business plans for key customers:coppel, heb, sam's club, walmart, la comer, chedraui, c&a, suburbia, and wholesalers. Identify whitespace opportunities and accelerate category growth. Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, promotions, and in-store visibility. Lead quarterly business reviews with strong analytical insights.2. Sales & performance ownership deliver and exceed monthly and annualsell-in targets. Drivesell-out performancethrough promotional strategies and retail execution. Monitor key kpis: sell-in, sell-out, margin, inventory turnover, market share. Ensure flawless execution of orders, replenishment, and product launches. Partner with marketing to drive campaigns and activations tailored to each retailer.3. Cross-functional leadership act as the commercial lead acrosssales, marketing, product, and supply chain. Provide input on pricing strategy, assortment planning, and inventory levels. Ensure strong in-store execution and product storytelling across all accounts.4. Team leadership lead and coach 2 direct report. Set clear kpis and performance expectations. Build a high-performance, results-driven culture. Drive accountability and ownership across the team.qualifications ~ bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field. ~5–7+ years of experience in: ~ modern trade / retail (walmart, sam's, chedraui, etc.) ~ wholesale / mass market ~ sports, fashion, apparel, or consumer goods ~ proven track record managinglarge retail accounts and wholesalers. ~ experience driving revenue growth and commercial negotiations.
