*about the role*:
in the role of sales strategy & operations analyst, enterprise sales, you will
- assist in the development and execution of business strategies and plans that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- collaborate with supporting partners to compile comprehensive research, data, and trend analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
- support the implementation of strategic initiatives and projects that drive business growth and competitive advantage.
- analyze sales data, performance metrics, and financial reports to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
- identify inefficiencies in current sales processes and recommend improvements to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
- track and evaluate the performance of sales initiatives to ensure they meet strategic goals and objectives; prepare reports and presentations to communicate strategy, plans, and performance to leadership, our organization, and other stakeholders.
- communicate insights and strategic plans to key stakeholders, including senior management and sales teams; identify potential risks to the sales strategy and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
*about you*
you are a fit for the role of sales strategy and operations analyst, enterprise sales if your background includes:
- bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, finance, or a related field; mba or relevant advanced degree preferred.
- proven experience in execution of sales strategy, operations, or a similar role within a corporate environment.
- strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights; problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset
- demonstrated experience working in a flexible and agile environment
- demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments and manage cross-functional projects.
- strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to various stakeholders.
- proficiency in using data analysis tools and software, such as excel, crm systems, and business intelligence platforms. Experience using a.i. to support work output preferred
