responsibilities
* diagnoses anomalies and implement corrective actions. Assessment indicator: number of actions implemented on the planner.
* collects and manages internal customer needs and requests. Assessment indicator: internal customer satisfaction.
* performs a series of tasks on a daily basis for the maintenance, cleanliness (hygiene, etc.), maintenance and tidying of buildings, areas, equipment, catering areas and green spaces. Assessment indicator: number of claims.
* consults service providers and manage certain contracts. Assessment indicator: compliance with contract schedules.
* transmits work instructions to external companies and to the department's ad hoc resources. Assessment indicator: number of claims.
* ensures the security/safety of the establishment (fire, intrusion, etc.). Assessment indicator: compliance with safety/security regulations.
* ensures on-call duty on a rotating basis with team members. Assessment indicator: response and implementation times.
