this role exists to add serious creative capacity to the team — supporting the senior art director by owning execution so the quality of every piece of work keeps rising as the business scales.as graphic designer at pro-spin, you will play a central role in bringing the brand to life across packaging, product, and digital touchpoints.
this is a hands-on execution role with real craft — you will own work end-to-end, iterate quickly, and deliver at a high standard across eight international markets.you will report to the senior art director.develop initial packaging concepts from visual briefs provided by the senior art director, refining through rounds of feedbackdesign and produce digital assets across our website, amazon listings and storefronts, social channels, and emailhandle compositing and image production for amazon photography and on-site creativesupport new product development with colorway exploration, concept iterations, and refinement work under the direction of the senior art directoruse ai image generation tools (nano banana, midjourney, and similar) to produce usable imagery for packaging, product, and digital applications3–5 years of design experience at a consumer brand, consumer products company, or agency~ experience designing for sporting goods or active lifestyle brands is a major asset~ strong portfolio spanning both packaging and digital design~ proficient in adobe creative suite — photoshop, illustrator, and indesign~ proficient in figma~ fluent english, written and spoken~ stable home-based setup with reliable internet — this is not a remote-nomad role; photography or art direction experience is a plusnet# tell us about a packaging or digital design project you worked on that you were proud of — what you did and what the outcome was.
