- implement assessments to suppliers to develop them to deliver finish good product to plant
- keep supplier's performance (ppm's) according to terex targets
- assure kpi's met expected targets
- keep continues improvement at suppliers performance
- met all iso/iatf/aws requirements
requirements:
- bachelor degree
- conversational english skills
- quality tools knowledge: 8d reports, pareto charts, control charts, fishbone, 5 whys.
- knowledge to develop suppliers since assessment phase to product release at factory
- able to establish strategies to improve supplier ppm's through disciplined workshops
- quality management system knowledge (iso*) & strong knowledge at astm norms.
- able to establish a supplier assessments plan to keep kpi's according to expected goals
- quality audits knowledge: process/product audit, self assessment, incoming audit.
