development:
printing matters development for quality/cost/performance improvement.
develop, test and approve new materials or applications for different printing matters.
process audit:
perform monthly audit of systems and share results with top management of company.
create bench work for problem solving related operation and quality management and review results with related areas (qa, it team, manufacturing)
involved on 3f (feel, fit, finishing) process and provide effective support for condition improvement.
material performance management:
inspect, research for any problem related material application.
analyze and conclude to countermeasure for defects related labels performance (color mismatch, detachment, tear, etc.)
line support:
effective interaction with production (manufacturing team) to implement new products/parts and make process improvements
create action plans for material quality improvement/process optimization.
knowledge and skills:
-knowledge on design programs adobe illustrator, photoshop, nx, auto cad, solid works.
-deep understanding of print production processes, color management, typography, materials and layout techniques.
-advanced english level (spoken and written)
-intermediate to advanced computer skills ms office, excel and powerpoint, are required.
