business marketing manager – ultrasound medical devices (interlomas / mexico city, mexico)
execute business plans based on the strategic plan of record and annual operating plan targets, fostering collaborative relationships with regional zones and global business units to identify and leverage key enablers for market success of the ultrasound business.
your role:
1. develop and execute the go-to-market approach for our ultrasound portfolio of products, solutions, and services in alignment with the markets’ business and overall marketing strategy.
2. ensure flawless new product introductions and launches in collaboration with the business.
3. support the business marketing & sales leader (bm&s) in interactions with the business, especially during the business market combination process. Engage with key opinion leaders and customers.
4. support and coach the modality sales and clinical teams in the market, acting as a single point of contact to the business, ensuring marketing strategies and plans are aligned.
5. conduct marketing activities including event planning, digital marketing, and budget management.
you're the right fit if:
1. you have 3+ years of experience in business development and/or marketing for medical devices; ultrasound experience is highly desired and will be prioritized.
2. you have worked in a clinical environment (ultrasound, cardiology, radiology, etc.).
3. you hold a bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, sales, business administration, product management, or related fields.
4. you can meet the physical, cognitive, and environmental requirements for this position, with or without accommodations. Travel across latam is required.
5. you are an effective communicator in spanish and english with strong interpersonal skills.

we believe in working better together. For office-based teams, this means working in person at least 3 days a week. Onsite roles require full-time presence at the company’s facilities. Field roles are primarily outside the main facilities, often at customer or supplier locations.
