job description
we're seeking a highly motivated sem account manager to join our team. You'll be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring their campaigns are optimized for success. This role requires a blend of deep sem expertise, client relationship management skills, and proficiency with data analysis tools.
key responsibilities:
* client relationship management: build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and providing strategic guidance on sem campaigns.
* campaign strategy & execution: develop and implement comprehensive sem strategies across various platforms (google ads, bing ads, etc.), including keyword research, ad copy creation, bid management, and campaign optimization.
* performance analysis & reporting: monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports to clients with insights and recommendations for improvement.
secondary responsibilities:
* ad creative technology: utilize ad creative technology platforms to design and implement engaging ad creatives that resonate with target audiences and drive conversions.
* data analysis & optimization: leverage google sheets/excel to analyze large datasets, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.
* collaboration: work closely with internal teams (creative, development, etc.) to ensure seamless campaign execution and delivery.
qualifications:
* proven sem expertise: 3+ years of hands-on experience managing sem campaigns with a track record of success.
* client-facing experience: 2+ years of demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, providing excellent communication and customer service.
* data analysis skills: proficiency with google sheets/excel for data analysis and reporting.
* ad creative technology: familiarity with ad creative technology platforms and tools.
* problem-solving & critical thinking: ability to analyze complex data, identify issues, and develop effective solutions.
* strong communication & presentation skills: ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely to clients and internal teams.
