main responsibilities
1. develop new forms of direct distribution.
2. customer service and ensuring their profitability.
3. create business cases.
4. negotiate and plan promotions, prices, discounts, and visibility materials (e.g., displays, differentiated freezers).
5. request credit notes and payments of commercial terms. Review and align accounts receivable.
6. prospect clients and communicate openings.
7. receive reports (supply issues, freezer failures, missed visits).
8. conduct monthly/quarterly business reviews with clients.
9. manage relationships with internal areas of the company and clients.
what you need to apply
experience
1. completed degree, graduate or intern.
2. english (desirable).
3. 1 year of experience in distributor or direct distribution channel management.
skills
1. analytical skills.
2. business case creation.
3. understanding of financial statements.
4. teamwork, project follow-up.
5. negotiation skills.
6. ability to handle customer objections.
7. strong communication skills.
8. knowledge of sales territory and neighboring states.
