About the role: we are looking for two proactive and goal-oriented account managers to join our category department team. This role focuses on supporting chinese-speaking fashion sellers by helping them improve their sales performance and ensuring smooth daily operations. Key responsibilities: improve sales performance and increase the number of orders for assigned sellers. Build and maintain strong relationships with sellers and support their daily operations—many of whom are mandarin speakers, so clear communication is essential to avoid misunderstandings. Assist sellers in selecting skus for campaigns and promotional activities that align with their business goals. Conduct fashion market research and competitive analysis to provide sellers with strategic insights and growth opportunities. Requirements: proficiency in mandarin chinese (hsk level 4 or above), to ensure smooth communication with chinese-speaking sellers. University degree. Strong sales mindset with the ambition to exceed kpis. Logical thinker with strong problem-solving skills. Solid analytical capabilities to interpret sales trends and performance data. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially in multicultural environments.
