what you’ll do:
utilize appropriate sales techniques to foster good customer relationships and enhance the buying experience.
apply customer relationship and sales techniques to recommend and sell a variety of at&t products or services to meet customer needs.
provide customer service and billing support, resolving issues related to customer accounts.
add new lines or services to accounts to help customers' businesses grow.
uncover customer needs by building rapport, asking discovery questions, providing empathy statements, and understanding customer needs beyond just resolving issues.
find personalized solutions for each customer. Make recommendations (rate plans, how to reduce data usage, promotions, etc.) and use resources to ensure complete resolution.
products offered include telephone services, hotspots, devices connected to a network, directv, internet, programs, and various systems for businesses.
types of sales include upgrades, package changes, adding new services, and plan changes.
what you’ll bring:
* advanced english fluency to engage with u.s. customers
* experience using a personal computer and microsoft office products
* at least 1 year of sales experience or excellent communication skills
* ability to train and work 5 days (40 hours) during operation hours plus 2 rest days per week. Operating hours are from 7:00 am to 6:30 pm cst, monday to saturday.

monthly base salary: mxn $20,775 (before taxes)
average monthly bonus of mxn $8,000 when sales and service targets are met.
vouchers include mxn $1,519 for groceries and mxn $1,216 for restaurants, issued every 14 days.
schedule flexibility depends on performance, seniority, and operational hours. The position requires availability to train and work 5 days (40 hours) plus 2 rest days per week, from 7 am to 6:30 pm, monday to saturday.
