* provide legal support for corporate matters.
* collaborate with teams to ensure compliance and smooth execution.
* advise on legal risks.
qualifications:
* law degree and licensed to practice law in latin america.
* 7+ years of experience in corporate transactions.
* strong background in law in latin america; working knowledge of andean law is a plus.
* prior in-house experience with an industrial manufacturing company preferred; automotive sector experience is a super plus.
* ability to work 20-35 hours per week.
