*what does your job look like?*
as a business analyst, you will be the bridge between our clients' needs and our teams' solutions. Your role will focus on enabling successful project delivery by aligning stakeholders, gathering requirements, and providing clear insights into business processes.
*your main responsibilities will be to*
- facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements, clarify goals, and address stakeholder concerns.
- analyze business processes and identify areas for optimization and improvement.
- translate business needs into detailed technical specifications and user stories.
- collaborate with technical teams, designers, and project managers to ensure that solutions meet business goals.
- document workflows, process maps, and functional specifications clearly and concisely.
- conduct data analysis to support decision-making and identify trends or anomalies.
- provide ongoing support during project implementation to ensure alignment with business requirements.
- manage change requests and ensure proper communication of updates to stakeholders.
- work closely with quality assurance to define test cases and support user acceptance testing (uat).
*what you need for this role*
- a bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a business analyst role, preferably in agile environments.
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically.
- proficiency in requirements gathering techniques and tools such as jira, confluence, or similar platforms.
- experience with process mapping tools (e.g., visio, lucidchart).
- knowledge of data analysis tools such as excel, tableau, or power bi.
- familiarity with agile frameworks such as scrum or kanban.
- excellent verbal and written communication skills in english; additional language skills are a plus.
- strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse teams.
