We're hiring: strategic sourcing / category specialist (professional services) we are looking for a talented strategic sourcing professional with 3–4 years of experience to join our team and help drive value across key professional services categories. Salary: €32k gross key responsibilities: • lead strategic sourcing and category strategy for multi-million dollar spend areas. • conduct market and industry analysis, leveraging market intelligence tools and should-cost models. • deliver total cost of ownership (tco) improvements and implement sourcing strategies across international or divisional structures. • manage end-to-end category management including competitive bidding, negotiations, supplier selection, and contract administration. • build strong supplier relationships and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (finance, operations, legal). • present sourcing strategies and results to stakeholders and senior management. • develop and execute negotiation strategies and lead complex vendor negotiations.
