* ability to manage maintenance operations costs and drive revenue growth through service repairs and callouts

key responsibilities
* planning, managing, and controlling field service operations in your assigned area
* first point of contact for your team of technicians and for customers with any technical or service‑related issues on the equipment assigned to you
* ensure field safety for technicians and users
* manage and optimize planned maintenance, callouts, and service repair operations
* resolve customer complaints related to service quality and invoicing
* drive sales of service repairs and follow up on sales leads
* monitor and control operational costs and cmii
* conduct site audits and lead accident investigations if necessary
* validate timesheets, manage workload balancing, and oversee scheduling and absences
* support technician growth, training, and motivation
