develop strategies to improve tc in order to reduce expenses related with manpower, mm&s, and purchase services.
implement bp stablished on spw based on technical domains.
responsible to plan weekly manpower planning for all maintenance leaders and especialists.
evaluate and plan the needs of maintenance during production shutdown.
assure feedback to vpe team, coc and oem to prevent issues and assure maintainability of installed and new equipments.
support all initiatives to reach sps targets according wtb plan.
responsible to keep ltf and energy kpi´s with positive trend as body shop.
ensure the spares and consumables for the machines related the technology they are in charge are available in the line / warehouse.
