we are seeking a motivated remote telemarketer to join our growing team. The primary responsibility is to make outbound calls to prospective clients, introduce our services, and generate interest in insurance quotes. Once a lead is qualified, the telemarketer will live-transfer the call to a licensed sales agent for quoting and closing. This role is perfect for someone with excellent communication skills, persistence, and a goal-oriented mindset.
key responsibilities
 * make a high volume of outbound calls daily to potential leads (provided by the agency).
 * engage prospects with a professional, friendly, and persuasive approach.
 * identify customer needs and determine eligibility for auto, home, renters, or business insurance quotes.
 * accurately document call outcomes, notes, and lead details in the crm system.
 * live-transfer qualified leads directly to licensed sales agents.
 * meet or exceed daily/weekly performance goals (calls, conversations, transfers).
 * follow compliance guidelines and adhere to company policies.
qualifications
 * prior experience in telemarketing, cold calling, or call center environment (preferred, but not required).
 * strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
 * ability to handle rejection professionally and remain motivated.
 * organized and detail-oriented with basic computer skills (crm, email, dialing systems).
 * reliable internet connection, headset, and quiet workspace.
 * bilingual (english/spanish) a plus, but not required.
