Job summary
we are seeking an experienced operations manager to join our team at a delivery station. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the station, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

this is a hands-on leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. You will work closely with the hourly associate team to ensure that business goals are met, focusing on key performance indicators (kpis) such as sort efficiency, package throughput rate, and sort compliance.

* ensure team execution to accomplish business goals, focusing on kpis within your shift
* support process improvement activities to address inefficiencies in day-to-day operations
* oversee and optimize internal delivery station workflows, including inbound, sortation, and outbound processes
requirements
* bachelor's degree required
* +3 years of previous experience in operations management or a related field
* strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and tools
