The talent acquisition specialist will play a critical role in driving full-cycle recruitment efforts.

main responsibilities
* manage the full life cycle of the talent acquisition processes;
* partner and lead vacancy consultation discussions with stakeholders and document recruitment plans which include role requirements, agreed time frames, roles, and responsibilities of all involved, and the selection process;
* develop proactive sourcing strategies using linkedin recruiter, job boards, networking, referrals, and talent pipelines;
* drawing talent acquisition and sourcing strategy: hunting ground, key words, job boards for posting, market mapping and ensure exceptional candidate experience through the hiring journey;
* conduct behavioral-based interviews and coordinate assessment processes;
* maintain accurate documentation in the applicant tracking system (ats);
* collaborate with hr partners to resolve operational issues and improve workflows;
* provide administrative support for hiring activities and process documentation.
qualifications
* solid experience in talent acquisition area;
* experience in full-cycle recruiting, using interview techniques and evaluation methods;
* excellent stakeholder management and communication skills;
* experience in using linkedin talent solutions to proactively source candidates;
* proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends;
* excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
