The person we are looking for must have excellent ENGLISH written and oral skills, as there will be a good amount of communication with our internal teams and clients.
You will be responsible for campaign implementation, performance reporting, and ensuring this arm of lead generation is running cohesively with our clients' other marketing initiatives.
**Responsibilities**:
- Execute tests٫ collect and analyze data٫ identify trends and insights Achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns using analysis of data Track٫ report٫ and analyze website analytics Track٫ report٫ and analyze PPC initiatives and campaigns
- Effectively manage campaign expenses by staying on budget٫ appropriately estimating monthly costs٫ and reconciling any discrepancies that may arise
- Optimize copy and landing pages for paid search engine marketing campaigns
- Continually expand and optimize paid keyword discovery Research and analyze competitor advertising
- Make recommendations for campaign improvement resulting in ad spend increases
**Requirements**:
- Proven SEM experience and success managing PPC campaigns on Google Google Ads certified in Search, Display, and Shopping, or a willingness to get certified/re-certified quickly Well-versed in performance marketing٫ conversion٫ and online customer acquisition
- Continually current on trends and best search engine marketing practices In-depth experience with bid management tools (e.g.٫ Click Equations٫ Marin٫ Kenshoo٫ Search Ignite)
- Adept in and experienced with website analytics tools (e.g٫ Google Analytics٫ NetInsight٫ Omniture٫ WebTrends)
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience creating UTM tags for ad URLs, or a willingness to learn Familiarity with Google Suite and/or similar office productivity platforms; Google Tag Manager (GTM) experience a plus
- Experience generating SEM reports
- Familiarity with A/B and multivariate experiments
- Working knowledge of HTML٫ CSS٫ and JavaScript development and constraints a l-=plus BS/MS degree in Marketing or a quantitative٫ test-driven field strongly preferred Fluent english
