Firstsource mexico is opening opportunities for highly driven professionals to join a specialized 3-month pilot program supporting a collections environment.this is not an entry-level role. We are looking for candidates with proven experience in hard sales, outbound sales, objection handling, negotiation, closing, commission-based roles, or other high-performance sales environments. Location (on-site): mexico city, near metro hidalgo. Across "el caballito" schedule: monday to friday, 8:00 am – 6:00 pm compensation: $26,000 mxn base salary potential monthly bonus of up to $12,000 mxn assignment: 3-month pilot, with continuation based on performance as part of the selection process, candidates should be prepared to complete a sales and negotiation assessment. This may include objection-handling exercises, role-play scenarios, and practical evaluations focused on persuasion, resilience, call control, and customer engagement.
