key responsibilities
* lead/support large global projects from a commercial communication perspective.
* develop and execute commercial plans and estimates, ensuring timely delivery of project deliverables.
* collaborate with cross‑functional teams, ensuring effective communication and coordination of project activities.
* identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring successful project outcomes.
* facilitate project meetings, including kick‑offs, status updates, and retrospectives.
* manage stakeholder expectations and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.
qualifications
* mba or equivalent master’s degree in science or a postgraduate degree with rich and relevant industry experience.
* at least 5 years of experience working in a life sciences/pharma/medtech company or consulting is mandatory.
* advanced english skills.
* experience in at least 2–3 of the following areas:
o market access & competitiveness – pricing strategy and model, pricing planning and execution, new value & market access strategy and execution, health economics & reimbursement.
o sales optimization – segmentation, targeting & channel optimization, sf effectiveness / performance management, predictive sales intelligence, crm strategic optimization.
o marketing excellence – product commercialization / go‑to‑market strategies, portfolio strategy & planning, digital marketing design & scaling, kol and medical education management, branding & marketing communication strategy.
o service delivery – post sales centre operations, field service management, patient education, care management, predictive maintenance.
* availability to travel may be required.
