Key responsibilities
lead/support large global projects from a commercial communication perspective.
Develop and execute commercial plans and estimates, ensuring timely delivery of project deliverables.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, ensuring effective communication and coordination of project activities.
Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring successful project outcomes.
Facilitate project meetings, including kick‑offs, status updates, and retrospectives.
Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.
Qualifications
mba or equivalent master’s degree in science or a postgraduate degree with rich and relevant industry experience.
At least 5 years of experience working in a life sciences/pharma/medtech company or consulting is mandatory.
Advanced english skills.
Experience in at least 2–3 of the following areas:
market access & competitiveness – pricing strategy and model, pricing planning and execution, new value & market access strategy and execution, health economics & reimbursement.
Sales optimization – segmentation, targeting & channel optimization, sf effectiveness / performance management, predictive sales intelligence, crm strategic optimization.
Marketing excellence – product commercialization / go‑to‑market strategies, portfolio strategy & planning, digital marketing design &
