We are seeking a bilingual (english/spanish) director of full-service consumer research to join our growing team.
based in mexico, this work-from-home role will support the execution of quantitative and qualitative research projects focused on multicultural consumers in the united states.
the ideal candidate has experience managing full-service research projects, excellent communication skills in english (both verbal and written), and a strong interest in u.s. consumer behavior, particularly within underrepresented segments.key responsibilities:manage end-to-end custom research projects (quantitative and qualitative), from proposal to final report.collaborate with u.s.-based account and operations teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet client expectations.develop research instruments (surveys, discussion guides) tailored to diverse cultural audiences.analyze research data and develop clear, insightful reports and presentations in english.present research findings to us-based clients via video conference.manage clients and provide excellent customer service throughout the life of a project.provide bids for quantitative and qualitative research studies and help in the development of research proposalscontribute to internal thought leadership and support the development of content marketing research reports.required qualifications:8+ years of experience in full-service market research, including both qualitative and quantitative researchexcellent written and verbal communication skills in english.strong analytical skills and comfort working with both quantitative and qualitative data/insights.proficiency with tools such as word, excel, powerpoint, and online survey platforms.ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, remote work environment.cultural awareness and passion for multicultural consumer insights.preferred qualifications:excellent written and spoken english.experience working with u.s.
