We’re looking for a driven and energetic business development representative (bdr) to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be on the front lines of our outbound sales efforts — identifying prospects, making cold calls, sending personalized outreach, and booking qualified meetings for our sales team. duties and responsibilities
* manage initial inbound inquiries, effectively assessing and routing them to the appropriate channels within the sales team.
* actively engage in outbound prospecting efforts, identifying and nurturing potential leads through strategic communication and relationship-building.
* collaborate with the vice president of sales to strategize and execute on business development plans, ensuring alignment with overall sales objectives.
* coordinate and track all stages of the sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring timely follow-ups and progression of prospects.
* utilize crm systems and other tools to maintain accurate and updated records of leads, interactions, and sales activities.
* assist in the preparation of sales materials, presentations, and proposals as needed to support sales efforts.

* proven experience in a sales or business development role, particularly in a b2b environment.
* strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
* exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders.
* proficiency in crm software and microsoft office suite (word, excel, powerpoint).
* highly organized with excellent time management abilities, capable of multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively.
