this position requires the ability to recognize opportunities to upsell customers and create a better marriott experience or event. The successful candidate will be able to effectively communicate details and requirements related to attending a sales presentation to potential owners, ensuring that individuals meet eligibility requirements for preview package sales/tours prior to scheduling a tour.
a key aspect of this role is providing exceptional guest service, including welcoming and acknowledging guests according to company standards, anticipating and addressing their service needs, and thanking them with genuine appreciation. The ideal candidate will also have excellent listening and response skills, with the ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with others.
