Skills and qualifications
minimum requirements: a minimum of 12 years of related experience with a bachelor's degree, or 10 years with a master's degree, or a phd with 7 years of experience.

Ingeniería en informática, sistemas, licenciatura en administración o afín.

Experiencia
al menos 5 años de alto nivel en organización y planeación de proyectos y seguimiento de actividades.
Dominio de herramientas para administración de proyectos: monday, asana o similares.
Manejo de erp para control y seguimiento a procesos.
Seguimiento, control y supervisión en las actividades propias del puesto.
Dominio de excel; tablas dinámicas, análisis de bases de datos, estadísticas, etc.
Análisis de información.
Actividades
notificar y/o coordinar las instrucciones de la dirección general a varias personas o departamentos.
Control y seguimiento de proyectos: integración y análisis de información.
Recibir y atender llamadas telefónicas, correos, juntas, etc., para ahorrar tiempo a la dirección general; manejo de la agenda personal y laboral de la dirección general (juntas, reuniones, viajes, etc.).
Organizar y agilizar el flujo de información e iniciar cualquier acción de seguimiento.

lunes a viernes 09:00 am a 18:00 pm.
