- participate in training sessions and help develop best practices.
*qualifications*:
- bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- minimum 4-5 years of experience in customer service or related roles.
- strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- excellent communication skills in english (advanced) and spanish.
- proficient with crm software and microsoft office suite (especially excel).
- ability to work independently and lead by example.
- experience mentoring or training junior staff is a plus.
