Job overview

this role is designed to support the success of our organization by providing exceptional administrative assistance and coordination services.




key responsibilities:

1. manage executive schedules, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel plans.
2. prepare and edit professional correspondence, reports, and presentations.
3. maintain organized filing systems and manage documents related to client projects.
4. conduct research to assist with candidate sourcing and client needs.
5. support the team with various administrative tasks as needed.
6. communicate effectively with clients and candidates for a professional experience.
7. assist in organizing company events, meetings, and workshops.




requirements

* prior experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.
* familiarity with microsoft office suite (word, excel, powerpoint, outlook).
* strong organizational and multitasking skills.
* excellent written and verbal communication.
* ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
* attention to detail and accuracy.
* works well independently and in a team.
