Job responsibilities
Develop plan and control the Quality Assurance activities and provide other functions and departments with technical assistance, guidance, and service.
Safety
Analyze existing products, evaluate and implement changes to conform to new aplications and isure product performing in a highly reliable fashion. Proved standards through which personel may Clearly understand and fulfill their job functions.
Personally provide leadership for departmental staff through a positive attitude towards all work related activities and by keeping departments informed of the objectives, policies, and plans of business. Assures that the quality level of the process is carefully monitored and reported as to achieve zero defects to the customer. Continuos improvement on ISO 14001 VERSION CORRIENTE
Responsible for supporting local and corporate safety policies. Periodic visits to customers to resolve or implement quality issues.
Together with the Plant Manager, Quality Management has the responsibility to implement the ISO 14000 elements applicable to your process.
Who are we looking for?
Bachelor Degree required
Minimum 5 years management experience, preferably in automotive related industry.
Basic understanding of O.E.M. quality requirements and their effect on a manufacturing system. Working knowledge of O.E.M. Vendor quality, programs and customers. Formal training in statistical process control.
Proficiency in Spanish and English
