as we continue to grow, we are looking for experienced case managers who can support clients throughout their exit process and provide clear, professional communication.

requirements
* excellent spoken and written english
* minimum 2 years experience in customer service, case management, or client support
* experience handling difficult situations and client escalations
* familiarity with google workspace, crm systems, and basic ai tools
* must have personal work equipment:
* computer intel core i5 minimum
* reliable internet and electricity
* preferably dual monitors
* professional workspace with minimal distractions
* ability to adapt in a fast-changing legal industry
