job description
we are looking for talent for our interlomas general offices for the position of it data & analytics engineering intern. This part‑time position starts on 1st june 2026 and will last 12–18 months. The gross salary ranges from mxn 9,000 to 18,000 per month, depending on the number of hours worked. Advanced english proficiency is required. The role is suitable for a current bachelor’s student enrolled in computer science, data science, actuary, engineering or a related field, with a graduation date between june 2027 and december 2027.
about the role
in this role you will contribute to the design and development of data pipelines and local data solutions that power our reporting and descriptive analytics tools. You will gain hands‑on experience building data models and crafting analytics solutions that drive decision‑making across the organization.
key responsibilities
* collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand data needs and translate them into technical solutions.
* design, develop and optimize cloud data pipelines to ensure efficient data flow and accessibility.
* create semantic models and power bi dashboards that provide insights for analysis.
* assist in implementing data governance and security measures to protect critical information.
* participate in the development of innovative strategies to leverage data for competitive advantage.
