the qa manager will coordinate with product teams on process maturity and technology adoption, ensuring standardization, efficiency, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
the role involves working closely with stakeholders across the epp organization, leading qa coe activities related to technology adoption, process standardization, industry best practices, automation, and performance testing frameworks.
the qa manager will also oversee qa delivery for products such as oracle ebs.
responsibilities & accountabilities: lead qa process documentation, enablement of pod teams, qa audit workflows, project/support quality auditing, reporting, and remediation.provide technology consulting on qa automation, ci/cd, web, api, and mobile testing.support qa technology guidelines, industry best practices, data migration validation, and testing strategies.advise on performance testing and load test planning.manage test management strategies using jira, zephyr, and review processes.hands-on experience with qa tools such as tosca, neoload, github, and ci/cd pipelines.administer qa test lab servers and infrastructure.manage qa tools licenses and vendor relationships.standardize qa best practices and processes.consult on qa dashboard reporting templates adoption.oversee qa delivery for products like mbs.qualifications: approximately 6 years of experience in it qa, with at least 2 years in a qa managerial role.professional certifications from istqb or equivalent are highly desirable.bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.#li-hybrid
