Requirements
- bachelor´s degree
- experience gathering and interpreting data and metrics to measure impact
of campaigns
- 5+ years of experience managing customer acquisition marketing
campaigns.
- advanced understanding of web and mobile performance marketing-based
analytics, attribution, metrics, and testing
- familiarity with marketing platforms, kpis, attribution modeling,
incrementally testing, and analytics tools.
- demonstrated ability to leverage analytics and work with complex datasets
to understand performance, optimize campaigns, drive decision-making,
and measure outcomes
- bilingual: fluent in english and spanish.
- ux skills and an understanding of the customer experience.
- experience using hubspot (or similar) required.
- strong knowledge of search engine behavior.
- strong quantitative skills: experience utilizing data and measurement to
drive decisions.
*responsibilities*:
- strategic roadmap.
- collaboration - partner with the bdc and product team to ensure quality lead
delivery and proper follow-up, building a consistent feedback loop to improve and
optimize lead hand-off processes continuously.
- search engine optimization - responsible for strategy, creation, execution, and
measurement of seo programs.
- testing & optimization - analyzing campaign performance by integrating front and
back-end metrics, and identifying areas of opportunity and risk.
- lead flow - manage lead flow from capture through to closed.
