role summary
carry out corrective and predictive maintenance activities of a technical nature to keep the operation of gestamp's machinery and equipment in optimal conditions, as well as analyze and solve problems.
key responsibilities
* carry out the check list at the beginning of the shift
* they must complete their assigned activities during the shift, otherwise availability to complete them.
* availability to work weekends.
* technical support to other areas and/or processes.
* meet department goals (dt, mttr, mtbf)
* intervene in the resolution of breakdowns that occur in existing production lines at gestamp, (corrective maintenance).
* perform planned preventive and predictive maintenance.
* it will contribute its experience and knowledge in repetitive breakdowns and/or improvements in the lines.
* will participate together with production in the start-up of the new manufacturing series.
* make daily logs of the most relevant aspects during the shift.
* support the training of operators.
* support the training of new staff, explaining the operation, maintenance, and main failures of the equipment.
* work with the development of the continuous improvement program for the optimization of processes.
* report any anomaly found under the maintenance and interventions carried out.

* 2 years in a similar position
* 2 years in the automotive industry (desirable)
