Job responsibilities:
* drive bybit card adoption:
promote and onboard new users and merchants to adopt bybit card services, growing card issued and transaction volume
* drive bybit pay user adoption:
promote and onboard new users to adopt bybit pay services, growing transaction volume and activations.
* drive bybit merchant adoption:
promote and onboard new merchants and psps to adopt bybit pay services, growing transaction volume and user engagement.
* support kol and community engagement:
work closely with lifestyle key opinion leaders (kols) to promote bybit pay and card, especially in localized campaigns and brand initiatives.
* manage strategic relationships:
maintain strong relationships with local partners, vendors, and key ecosystem players to ensure ongoing collaboration and performance.
* partner with local payment systems/providers:
identify, approach, and secure partnerships with local payment gateways, fintechs, and financial institutions to enable and enhance bybit pay and card services in target regions.
* lead business development initiatives:
identify new market opportunities, develop go-to-market strategies, and establish key partnerships that contribute to regional growth and product usage.
* organize and participate in local events:
represent bybit at crypto and fintech conferences, industry events, and local meetups to to promote brand awareness, engage with key partners, and identify new business opportunities.
* facilitate localization:
provide input and support for localization of product offerings, user experiences, and marketing campaigns tailored to specific regions and cultures.
* collaborate with cross-functional teams:
coordinate with product, marketing, compliance, and legal teams to ensure successful implementation and operation of partnerships.
* strong sales skills with a proven track record in business development
requirements:
* strong network in target countries, including government, e-commerce, grocery, online travel, local brands or restaurants, associations that can easily extend our payment product impact and sell products. Good insights regarding the target market
* basic understanding regarding crypto industry is necessary, good understanding of local and international payment systems
* fluency in spanish and english.
* proven track record in driving sales, closing partnerships, and delivering market growth.
* strong connections with lifestyle key opinion leaders (kols), influencers, or local community leaders.
* excellent communication and negotiation abilities
* ability to work independently and manage multiple relationships across regions
* organizational and event management experience is a strong plus
* proactive and detail-oriented, with strong follow-up and coordination skills
