* design, develop, test, and deploy salesforce solutions using apex, lightning web components (lwc), aura, and visualforce, integrations knowledge.
* customize and configure salesforce to support business processes and enhance user experience.
* collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze user stories, and translate business needs into technical solutions.
* provide technical expertise and guidance to junior developers and stakeholders.
* perform code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and ensure best practices are followed in development processes.
* stay updated with the latest salesforce technologies and trends to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.
qualifications
* bachelor\'s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
* five years of experience as a salesforce developer, with a focus on apex, lightning web components (lwc), integrations, aura, and visualforce.
* strong understanding of salesforce architecture, data model, and security concepts.
* excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
* proven track record of delivering high-quality salesforce solutions within specified timelines.
* qualtrics knowledge as a plus.
