Overview
we are looking for a business analyst with experience in manufacturing environments to support the analysis, definition, and delivery of requirements for mes and quality-related systems.
responsibilities
* gather and document business requirements (user stories, use cases, functional specifications).
* analyze as‑is / to‑be processes, identifying gaps and risks.
* partner with qa on acceptance criteria, testing, and uat.
* facilitate stakeholder workshops and cross‑functional alignment.
* support implementation, go‑live readiness, and stabilization.
* manage requirement changes, traceability, and version control.
* work in agile environments using azure devops.
requirements
* experience as a business analyst in manufacturing environments.
* knowledge of mes, quality systems, integrations, and reporting.
* experience with agile / alm tools (azure devops preferred).
* conversational english
* strong communication and collaboration skills.
