*job activities*:
- prepare, send, track, and maintain contract documentation, including updating contract lists
- manage website agreements, sending and tracking as necessary
- coordinate lifestyle agreement preparation and tracking processes
- generate and distribute budget engagement letters
- facilitate onboarding tasks as required
- conduct follow-ups on approved responses
- enter new leads into crm system
- create and refine proposals as needed
- conduct specific research on various topics, including new developments and potential clients
- assist with crm tasks such as researching board members and inputting data for proposals
- handle miscellaneous special projects, such as reviewing homeowner imports
- update community maps as needed
- schedule monthly birthday lunches
- prepare and update emergency phone rotation calendar
- arrange staff meeting space reservations
- coordinate travel arrangements
- manage expense reports
- provide support for powerpoint presentations
- track and reserve participation in cai chapter events
- handle billing and destruction for storage boxes
- administer office service contracts
- coordinate invites and reservations for new hire happy hour events
- draft and distribute department meeting agendas
- manage employee program for anniversaries
- monitor linkedin job posting incentives
- coordinate orders for board holiday cards and gifts
- fulfill committee orders, such as funshine giveaways
- update company events outlook calendar with staff days off and events
- place and manage orders.
*schedule*:
monday to friday
regular: schedule: 8:30 to 17:30 cst mex
daylight saving: 7:30 to 16:30 cst mex.
