As an *administrative assistant*, some of your main activities will be*:
- data entry.
- enter work orders for processing.
- follow up on open work orders and material orders.
- maintain accurate digital records, files, and communications through data entry.
- arrange for prompt and satisfactory responses to emergency service requests.
*work schedule*:
- monday to friday_
regular schedule: 8:00 to 17:00 mexico city time.
Daylight saving: 7:00 to 16:00 mexico city time.
- one hour lunch_
*this is a remote position. To apply, you must live within a 6-hour driving distance from our offices in guadalajara, jalisco, or mexico city.*

*requirements*:
- 2 years of experience in customer service, administrative assistant, or similar position.
- experience running end-to-end ticketing processes.
- excellent communication skills in writing.
- experience working with ms office (word, excel, outlook).
- tech savvy
