achieve total sales objectives through the management of sales areas and channels, developing business and commercial strategies, supervising team performance, and maximizing kdp results in the sales zone.
principal activities:
* lead wholesale and retail sales to meet monthly and annual national market objectives.
* implement kia’s sales and marketing strategies, ensuring compliance with procedures and operational standards.
* supervise dsms to strengthen the commercial operations of the dealer network and maximize market share.
* effectively communicate kia finance programs to ensure proper implementation and increase sales penetration.
* ensure the quality of the ssi procedure through dsms, exceeding customer expectations in each market.
qualifications
* bachelor's degree on administration, management or equivalent
* 10+ years' relevant experience
* experience in the automotive industry
* sales experience
* advanced english
